CAMS 004: Jewish and Christian Foundations

Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda

I was a TA for CAMS 004.  My role was concentrated to grading and answering students' questions, as well as leading study sessions before exams.  My use of technology was limited to basic PowerPoints and overhead projectors.  If I were to teach this course by myself, I would look forward to creating interactive maps, like I have done for CAMS 025, and using many visual aids, such as the long tradition of religious subject matter in painting.  I would also enjoy showing several films to engage students with the course material, to make them rethink the texts, and to help highlight the lasting importance of early Judaism and Christianity on later cultures.
